It rained so much in the month of June in New Jersey that I was ready to build an Ark! I could not believe how much mold formed everywhere! You could just smell the dampness everywhere. Even Scarlet felt it…And she was hatched in Florida!

My allergies were going nuts. I’m not sure if Scarlet felt any allergy symptoms but I didn’t want to take a chance. I washed her cage cover along with my bed cover. I think we both felt better for it.
